Follow the steps to carry out merging & joining process. Here we explained briefly about the working of Lotus Notes Merge NSF Files Tool and how to proceed stepwise.
Download and Install Software. To run Software go to Start » All Programs » Revove NSF Merge.
Click Add files button for manually adding NSF files separately or you can opt Add folder button for automatically adding all NSF Files within that folder.
Select NSF Files and Click Open button to load them. Software will scan, load and display files in adjacent pane specifying file name and source path.
Software has two major option to carry out merging process: Merge & Join- If user Select Merge option then there is two advanced option (Remove Duplicate & Excluded deleted Items) is also available to filter out unwanted emails
Another Major option is Join operation. If user select this option on NSF files then software is left with only one filter advanced option i.e Exclude Deleted Items only.
Now select the folder or create one new folder to save merged NSF files..
To begin the process Click Merge NSF File button.
Software will display live status of Merging & Joining process as shown below.
Software will notify the completion of process by confirmation dialogue box. Click Ok
