Software Working Preview

Stepwise product guide to be followed for carrying out process successfully. Follow the steps accordingly to proceed further:

  1. Download and Install the software. Launch the tool from Start » All program » Exchange EDB File to MBOX. Software check for prerequisite components.



  2. Click on the Open button located at the Left corner in Navigation Bar, to select the exchange edb file type.



  3. Click on the Open button located at the Left corner in Navigation Bar, to select the exchange edb file type.

    • Recover Exchange Server Private Store database File (Mailboxes).
    • Recover Exchange server Public Store database File (Public Store Files).

    The Advance Scan mode also available just below this option.



  4. To load the corrupt Exchange EDB file, Tick on the Check box and hit enter on OK button.



  5. The Software provides the display of Scanning process on the bottom left side of a screen



  6. A message is a pop up automatically when the software completes the process of scanning successfully. Click on OK to proceed.



  7. The software list all mailboxes contained in edb file in a recursive manner, Double click, on the mailbox to preview the content of it.



  8. Select the Mailboxes which you want to convert to mbox format and choose the MBOX option from the Navigation bar.



  9. Just then, Choose the location on local storage to store the resultant file after the conversion process. You can also create the New folder using the software panel itself.



  10. The Software will show the complete list of exported exchange mailboxes



  11. On the next yo will see the status and number of emails converted to the mbox file format.



  12. A Success message pop-ups automatically after the successful conversion of EDB Mailboxes with the location at which resultant files saved.



  13. Now navigate to the location given to check files converted to mbox format.
