Software Working Preview

Stepwise product guide to be followed for carrying out process successfully. Follow the steps accordingly to proceed further:

  1. Go to start » All Programs » EDB Mailbox to PST Converter. The First Windows of the software looks like as shown below.



  2. Click on ADD file option given in the navigation bar of the software.


  3. Click on the First browse button to browse the Edb files from the local storage.



  4. After that choose the edb file from the system and then click on Open to load the file.



  5. Then after click on Add file button to start the process.
    Note: - If the edb file and stm file are located at the same location then software itself select it otherwise you have to browse it manually.



  6. The scanning prompt window opens with the details like File(path), Size(KB) and created on (date & time) which is related to EDB file.



  7. Click on OK after the completion of the scanning process.



  8. Preview the EDB files using the multiple view modes such as Horizontal and Vertical according to your need.



  9. The Normal View Mode only shows the emails information with its header part.



  10. Using the attachment tab, you can easily preview the emails attachments also.



  11. Click on Export Option to export the edb files.



  12. Select the folders which you to convert into pst format using the checkbox. PST File split option also there to break the large pst file into smaller one.



  13. Check on Ignore system folder to restrict the system folders to being converted.



  14. Click on browse button to select the desired location for saving the resultant file.



  15. Click on Export to initiate the migration process.



  16. The software starts converting the edb file into pst format.



  17. Click OK when the software completes the process.



  18. Click on Save button to save the automatically generated export report.



  19. Click on OK button once when Export report saved.



  20. Go to destination location to verify the result.



  21. Click on open and select open outlook data file.



  22. Preview the content of PST file in Outlook
