Exchange EDB to NSF Converter Software is one the best advance solution used for the migration of exchange mailboxes to lotus notes. Follow the below described steps to operate the utility.

  1. Go to Start Menu » All Programs » Exchange EDB to NSF Converter » Launch Exchange EDB Mailbox to NSF Converter Software. The first screen of the software is open like this



  2. Click Open to ADD EDB File



  3. Then after a new window pop up with an option to select the edb file with browse button to locate it on the local storage.



  4. Select the file, click open. There are two options also available to select exchange storage type
    • Recover Exchange Server Private Store Database files
    • Recover Exchange Server Public Store database file (Public stores files)
    Note: If EDB file selected is corrupted, check the option to activate advance scan, click OK.



  5. EDB files will be scanned for Exchange to Lotus Domino migration and message for the successful completion of analysis scan will be received, click OK.



  6. Preview the scanned EDB mailbox database and select required data with check option. For starting EDB to Notes process, select NSF option from the menu bar.



  7. Browse for destination folder to save EDB to Notes, in the desired location. Click OK.



  8. List of Exported Exchange EDB to NSF will be shown by the software.



  9. List of Exported Exchange EDB to NSF data with complete details of Mailbox Name, Status, Number of Emails, Contacts, Calendars, Notes, Tasks, and Journals will be shown, check it then Close the screen.



  10. Navigate to the location where software saved the converted data from Exchange EDB to NSF Format.



  11. To end the process of conversion, close the window and accept the warning message to close the setup by choosing Yes.
